Major: Pharmacy

Interest: Traveling, reading, movies, chemistry. This class, fairy tales is where its at!

FINAL PROJECT:

For my final paper i would like to use the Fairy Tale "Hansel and Gretel". My topic on this fairy tale is to analyze the evolution of the woman's role in the fairy tale from past to present.

Three secondary sources:

Zipes, Jack David. "Chapter 4." Fairy Tales and the Art of Subversion. Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxon: Routledge, 2012. N. pag. Print.

http://muse.jhu.edu.proxy.lib.wayne.edu/journals/childrens_literature_association_quarterly/v1991/1991.walter.pdf

http://muse.jhu.edu.proxy.lib.wayne.edu/journals/marvels_and_tales/v024/24.2.williams.html

- this one I really like because it explains the role of the step mother in the original "Hansel & Gretel" and how the role of the step mother changes.

still work in progress may or may not use all these sources for my final paper.

I don't see your rough draft for the final paper.
