Scholarship: (Starting to look at)

(I'm also considering doing a piece of modern sexuality views that are depicted in retellings of Little Red Riding Hood specifically in Red Riding Hood with Amanda Seyfried. How the wolf represents a primal sexual character, and how Red Riding Hood changes from being a victim to a women who can take care of herself in modern versions. Predator and prey.)

However, I am extremely interested in Fairy Lore. --> How do you incorporate Modern Fairy Lore into a final paper?

Beauty and the Beast (Gender Roles, Looking at the relationship b/t Beauty and the Beast in the literature, disney, and modern adaptations to see how these change. I specifically would like to Incorporate the CW version of the story.)

Snow White (The relationship between Snow White and the Evil Queen: how adaptations of the story help drive the idea that a mother's {stepmother} vanity can lead to jealousy and how this has been depicted through different versions. Looking at the drive behind trying to murder Snow White while taking a psychological standpoint.)
